Description:

This type automatic inside and outside gallon bottle brusher is mainly used to brush the 3 or 5 gallong bottle barrels in gallon water filling machine line. It's for both inside and outsdie brushing of new PET bottle or recycled bottle.

It's automatic with speed adjustable to match the water filling line. This machine needs to be offered compressed air for brusher function.

It's set with outside machine frame to guarantee better space for whole effect.

Working process:

Manual put the bottles on conveyor, bottles will be through the automatic gallon cap puller machine, then get to the automatic brusher, open the switch and air supply, gallons will be push ahead to the 3 brushing heads, inside brushers will put into the gallon bottles, then rotate to have the insdie brushing. At the same time, the two sides outside brushers will also rotate to have the outsdie brushing, with the pushing force of outside brushers, the the 3 gallons will be driven to rotate together. After brushing time gallon bottles will be pushed ahead with the conveyor to next gallon water washing filling sealing machine, then another 3 gallon bottles will come to have the brushing again.
