Process: raw water → Silica Sand filters →activated carbon filters →Sodium ion Exchanger → Presicision filter → reverse osmosis → high pressure pump →→ ozone sterilization system water tank
1. Pump
Using branded pump to ensure the raw water flow and water pressure as required
2. Silica Sand filter
Main usage: Clear the sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solid and other particles whose volume is more than 20 UM.
3. Active carbon filter
Usage: the active carbon filter is used for removing the pigment, smell, chemical and biological organisms, reducing the pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants in the water.
4. Sodium ion exchanger
Cationic resin in the precise filter is mainly be used for softening the water, reduce the hardness of water.
5. Precesion filter
Usage: Clear the final big volume substance in water , to protect the membrane in reverse osmosis.
6. Reverse osmosis device
The membrane in the reverse osmosis device only with 0.001 micron pore size, can be used for remove dissolved solids and bacteria, viruses, etc., desalination rate of more than 99.6 percent, and will arrive the National standard pure water.
Main parts including security filter, high-pressure pump, and reverse osmosis membrane, stainless machine frame, etc.
