Automatic Stainless steel 10000LPH UF Water Treatment System For Drinking Water
Suspend solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the so-called retentate, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeat (filtrate). UF can be used for the removal of particulates and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water.Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a separation through a semipermeable membrane.

working principle and flow chart:
Mineral water source → original water tank → raw water booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → precision filter → high pressure pump → ultrafiltration host → ozone generator → gas water mixer → drinking mineral water
The physical sieving process that uses pressure as a driving force to separate liquids by different pore sizes of ultrafiltration membranes. The molecular cut amount (CECO) is generally 6,000 to 500,000, and the pore diameter is 1000 nm (nanometer).
The membrane used for ultrafiltration is an asymmetric membrane, and the surface active separation layer has an average pore diameter of 10 to 200, and can intercept macromolecules and colloidal particles having a molecular weight of 500 or more, and the operating pressure difference is 0.1-0.5 MPa.
