Features of our gallon water production machine
1. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.
2. This filling line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.

The 20L filling machine is integrated washing filling and capping together. It is ideal machine to produce barrel water. The whole machine is using stainless steel 304 ,rot resistant,can be cleaned easily. Main electric parts are all branded. Air channel system use Air TAC brand product. 1. It has a Built-in pinyin input method of national Primary and Second Chinese character(more than 6000 Chinese characters).
2. The host has four font (Song typeface, Hollow font, Bold font, Bitmap font).The four font can be mixed in arrangement. If you need other font, you can also transmit through computer.
3. It can jet one to fifteen lines of English Numbers, or one to eight lines of Chinese characters, and the size of the word can be adjusted. This system is dual-purpose.
4. The editing interface can switch at any time to either English or Chinese.
